Gray Iron Cylinders and Chrome-Plated Pistons

We choose: cylinder material gray iron HT250 or 45# steel; piston material wear-resistant aluminum 4032 or cast iron; crankshaft material 40Cr with journal hardening. Machining precision: cylinder roundness ≤0.01mm, piston-to-cylinder fit gap 0.02-0.05mm. We use a jig grinder for the cylinder and a centerless grinder for the piston outside diameter. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Before assembly, we sort all moving parts by size group. Our technicians can help you analyze drawings.
