5-Axis and High Speed Spindles for Complex Surfaces

We have 5-axis machining centers and high speed spindles (24,000 rpm). We can machine complex curved surfaces, undercuts, and deep cavities. Common materials are aluminum, stainless steel, mold steel, POM, ABS, and nylon. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Every part is inspected with a CMM or special gauges. Our technicians can help you optimize tool paths and fixture design. Before packing, we do 100% full inspection. We also accept third-party inspection. New product development needs fast structure verification. Our custom sample time is 1 day minimum. Standard batch order lead time is about 15 days. Payment: 30% deposit for standard parts, 50% deposit for custom development. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, DDP. During production, we send photo or video updates.
