Stainless Steel or Carbide Tip, Lapped to Seat

The needle material is often stainless steel (440C, 316L) or carbide (YG6). The taper can be 30°, 45°, or 60°. The seat is lapped together with the needle tip to achieve a linear seal. The valve body can have threaded or flanged connections. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Each needle valve gets an air tightness test at 0.5MPa with no bubbles. We can laser mark the specification and batch number. Before packing, we do 100% full inspection. We also accept third-party inspection.
