Our inspection equipment includes a CMM (0.5μm accuracy), a laser interferometer for straightness, and a surface roughness tester. We can machine stainless steel, titanium, ceramic, PEEK, and oxygen-free copper. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. We build a traceability file from raw material to finished part. We provide a CMM inspection report with every batch. Sample development time is 1 day minimum. Batch lead time is about 15 days. Payment: 50% deposit. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, DDP. Third-party inspection is accepted. If any problem occurs, we talk immediately and improve after we find the cause. We have a dedicated after-sales person.
