Parts Smaller than 1mm – Hard to See with Naked Eye

 

Micro connector pins, microfluidic chip molds, and implantable medical devices have feature sizes under 1mm with tolerance of ±0.005mm. Hayi Technology's micro precision machining uses micro EDM, micro milling, and laser micro machining. We can make micro holes of 0.1mm diameter and micro slots of 0.05mm width. For example, a medical company needed a micro catheter tip with outside diameter of 0.3mm and inside diameter of 0.1mm. We used micro milling to make it. The client said we were the only domestic supplier who could do it. This case shows micro precision is a high barrier. Our MOQ is 1 piece.

Micro Machine Tools and Optical Positioning

We have high precision micro machining centers with spindle speeds of 60,000 rpm. Minimum feed is 0.1μm. We use an optical microscope or CCD for positioning. We can machine stainless steel, tungsten carbide, copper alloy, engineering ceramic, and PEEK. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Each batch is inspected with an ultra-high magnification measuring microscope or a white light interferometer. Our technicians can solve difficult problems like workholding and deburring of tiny parts. Our micro precision machining service has high value per part, but the MOQ is low.

Micro precision parts have a high unit price, but clients often only need a small quantity. Our sample development time is 1 day for simple micro parts. Batch lead time is about 15 days. Payment: 50% deposit. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, DDP. Third-party inspection is accepted. If any problem occurs, we talk immediately and improve after we find the cause.
