Hayi Technology's precision ceramic parts use advanced ceramics like alumina (Al2O3), zirconia (ZrO2), and silicon nitride (Si3N4). Hardness can reach HRA85 or above. Temperature resistance up to 1600°C. For example, an electronic packaging equipment maker needed an insulating washer that could withstand high voltage and 500°C. Precision Grinding and Laser Machining for Accurate Dimensions
After ceramic forming, we do precision grinding. We use diamond wheel grinders and laser cutters. Tolerance can reach ±0.01mm. Surface roughness is Ra ≤0.4μm. We can make plates, rods, tubes, and custom shapes. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Each batch gets a full dimension check and non-destructive crack detection. We also accept third-party inspection. Our technicians can help you design ceramic-to-metal joining solutions. Single Piece Available, Sample in 1 Day
Ceramic parts are often for R&D and small batch special equipment. Our custom sample time is 1 day minimum for simple shapes. Batch lead time is about 15 days. Payment: 50% deposit for custom development. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, DDP. During production, we send photo or video updates. If any problem occurs, we talk immediately and improve after we find the cause. We have a dedicated after-sales person. Semiconductor, high temperature, and wear-resistant industries need ceramics but struggle to find good suppliers.
