High Precision Molds and Stable Process Control

We use high precision injection molding machines with injection speed control accuracy of ±0.1mm/s. Molds are machined with slow wire EDM and EDM. Cavity accuracy is ±0.005mm. Common engineering plastics are PC, PMMA, POM, PA66, PBT, PPS, PEEK, and LCP. We apply our patent "a foot pad molding die that is easy to demould" (ZL202123396798.0) to ensure no deformation during ejection. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Each batch is inspected with a vision measuring system for critical dimensions. Before packing, we do 100% full inspection. We also accept third-party inspection.
