Some applications need locking, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, or special head shapes. Hayi Technology's precision fasteners and assemblies include titanium alloy bolts, locking nuts, stainless steel rivets, non-standard studs, and assemblies (with washers or springs). For example, a marine engineering company needed fasteners that resist seawater corrosion. We provided 316L stainless steel bolts with PTFE coating. They passed a 1000 hour salt spray test with no rust. This case shows special fasteners solve special environment problems. Our MOQ is 1 piece.

Many Materials and Surface Finishes Available

We use carbon steel (grades 8.8, 10.9, 12.9), stainless steel (304, 316L), titanium alloy (TC4), brass, and nylon. Surface finishes include zinc plating (blue-white, yellow, black), nickel plating, chrome plating, Dacromet, and PTFE coating. Threads can be metric, UNC, UNF, or BSW. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Each batch gets hardness testing, torque testing, and salt spray testing. Before packing, we do 100% full inspection. We also accept third-party inspection. Our precision fasteners and assemblies are made for special environment applications.

Special fasteners often have low volume but high requirements. Our custom sample time is 1 day minimum. Batch order lead time is about 15 days. Payment: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, DDP. If any problem occurs, we talk immediately and improve after we find the cause. We have a dedicated after-sales person.
