Tolerance capability: outside diameter ±0.005mm, inside hole ±0.01mm, surface roughness Ra ≤0.8μm. For example, an automation equipment factory needed a batch of locating pins with tolerance ±0.005mm. We used turning plus centerless grinding. 100% passed. Agents hate slow quotes. Our standard parts are quoted and shipped within 1 day. Custom parts take about 15 days. Payment: 30% deposit for standard products, 50% deposit for custom products, balance before shipment. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, DDP. Large orders get a discount.
