High Strength Cast Iron and Ground Bevel Gears

The housing is made of high strength cast iron. The internal bevel gears are made of 20CrMnTi steel. They are carburized and ground to DIN Grade 5 accuracy. Spindle taper options are BT40, BT50, and HSK. We can customize based on your machine interface. After assembly, we use a CMM to measure spindle axis perpendicularity (≤0.01mm per 100mm). We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Each attachment runs at no load for 30 minutes before shipping. Temperature rise is ≤15°C.
