Aluminum Alloy Body and High Precision Inserts

The cutter body is made of high strength aviation aluminum (7075-T6) or high quality tool steel. Every body gets a G2.5 dynamic balance test for smooth cutting at 8000 rpm. Insert materials are carbide (K10/K20) or PCD for highly abrasive materials. Profile accuracy is ±0.02mm. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Every cutter block's mounting and locating surfaces are measured with a CMM. We can custom make insert profiles based on your template. With our spindle moulder cutter blocks, changing inserts is up to 80% cheaper than changing the whole cutter body.

Indexable cutter blocks let you replace only the inserts. You can also regrind inserts multiple times. Our standard sizes are in stock and ship in 1 day.
