High Speed Spindle and Constant Force Floating Mechanism

We use a 6-axis industrial robot with a payload of ≥20kg and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm. The high speed electric spindle runs at 24,000 rpm with power of 3-7.5 kW. We add a constant force floating mechanism to adapt to raw part tolerances. We provide a complete control cabinet and offline programming software. All components meet CE standards. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Our technicians can do path programming and debugging based on your part drawing.
