Ductile Iron Body and Precision Worm Gear

The vise body is made of high strength ductile iron QT600-3 or high quality 45# steel. It is age-relieved to remove internal stress. The jaws are Cr12MoV mold steel hardened to HRC58-62. The indexing mechanism uses a precision worm and worm gear with a self-lock feature. It comes with a graduated scale or digital readout. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Before shipping, we check jaw parallelism (≤0.01mm per 100mm) and indexing accuracy (±30 arc seconds). We can custom make jaw width and opening range. Our rotary milling vise costs only about 30% of a 4-axis rotary table.
