Heavy Duty Design with Double Row Bearings

Our right angle heads are designed for heavy cutting. They use double row angular contact bearings or tapered roller bearings to handle large radial and axial forces. Gears are carburized and ground. The output end uses a standard ER or heavy duty milling chuck. Speed range is 1000-3000 rpm. We can provide extended length versions for deep cavities and light high speed versions for finishing. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Each head gets a static accuracy inspection and a load test before shipping.
