Food Grade PP and Multi-Cavity Molds

We use food grade polypropylene (PP) with no BPA. Our molds use multi-cavity designs (2 or 4 cavities) to improve production efficiency. We apply our patent "a foot pad molding die that is easy to demould" (ZL202123396798.0) to ensure smooth edges with no burrs. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Each batch gets a drop test (simulates falling during use) and a visual check. Our factory has 120 to 1300 ton injection molding machines. We can make large area products. We can make many standard sizes and custom compartments (round cup slots, rectangular food slots). The surface can have a fine matte finish for anti-slip or silk screen logo printing.
