Multiple Material Choices for Different Needs

We often use PP (heat resistant to 120°C, microwave safe), PS (high clarity, good for cold food), and PLA (biobased and compostable). We use high speed injection molding machines with hot runner molds. Cycle time is 15-30 seconds per shot. We have automatic take-out and stacking systems. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Each batch gets a leak test (fill with water and turn upside down) and a stack stability test. Before packing, we do 100% full inspection. We also accept third-party inspection.
