We have many sliding headstock CNC lathes with guide bushings. The main spindle and sub-spindle can rotate together. This lets us machine both ends of a part in one cycle. No second clamping is needed. We can do turning, milling, drilling, tapping, gear hobbing, and side milling in one setup. Common materials are stainless steel (303, 304, 316L), titanium, brass, aluminum, PEEK, and POM. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification.
