Alloy Steel Gears and Precision Bearings

Our attachment heads use a high strength ductile iron or aviation aluminum housing. The internal gears are carburized and ground to DIN Grade 6 accuracy. Bearings are from German or Japanese brands. Temperature rise is ≤20°C at 8000rpm. Every attachment head gets a dynamic balance test (G2.5 grade) and an angle positioning accuracy check (±2 arc minutes). We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. We can provide BT40, BT50, HSK, and other standard interfaces. We also accept non-standard custom orders. Our 5 axis cnc head attachment is a cost effective upgrade for your clients.

Every client's machine interface is different. Our custom development time is 1 day for a technical proposal. Batch production lead time is about 15 days. Payment: 50% deposit.
