Positioners and Pneumatic Clamps Ensure Accurate Part Location

We use arc welding dedicated 6-axis robots with digital welders. They support CO₂, TIG, and MIG/MAG. The positioner is servo-driven and moves in sync with the robot. This keeps the weld seam in the best position at all times. Fixtures use pneumatic clamps with repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. We can add a torch collision sensor and optional seam tracking. Our technicians can help you design the welding fixtures. Our robotic welding fixtures system allows fast changeover.
