Hayi Technology's robot CNC router system is used for plastic part trimming, foam model machining, carbon fiber sheet cutting, and aluminum sheet drilling. For example, a yacht model company needed to machine a 3-meter long boat mold. A traditional CNC machine did not have enough travel. The robot router's arm reach covered the whole part. The client said this solution saved them from buying a large gantry mill. This case shows a robot router is an alternative for large part machining. We supply a minimum of 1 system.

High Speed Spindle and Offline Programming

We use a 6-axis industrial robot with payload ≥10kg and reach of 1.5 to 3 meters. The high speed electric spindle runs at 24,000 rpm with power of 3-5 kW. We add a vacuum dust collection port to reduce dust. We provide offline programming software and collision simulation. All components meet CE standards. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Our technicians can do path programming based on your 3D model. We can do pre-sale feasibility testing. A large gantry mill costs over one million currency units. A robot router costs less than half of that. Our robot CNC router system is ideal for large, soft materials with medium accuracy requirements.
