High Speed Picking and Smart Grippers

We select high speed 4-axis or 6-axis robots. Pick cycle rate is 15-20 picks per minute. End grippers are customized for your product: vacuum cups for boxes and bags, pneumatic grippers for bottles and cans, and magnetic grippers for metal parts. The system includes a conveyor alignment mechanism and an automatic pallet dispenser. The PLC and touch screen can store multiple product recipes. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Our technicians do on-site debugging for cycle rate and stacking patterns. We provide safety fencing and light curtains. Our robotic case packer and palletizer is easy to change over.

When changing product specifications, just select the program on the touch screen. Changeover takes about 10 minutes. Our system integration lead time is about 15 days. Payment: 50% deposit.
