Daily Basic Maintenance Methods
Cleaning: After use, promptly wipe away surface dust, oil, and residual chips to prevent dirt buildup from affecting precision. Choose appropriate cleaning methods such as ultrasonic or electrolytic degreasing based on the component's structure.
Physical Protection: Handle with care to avoid collisions and drops that could damage micron-level tolerances on precision working surfaces. When not in use, relieve assembly stress to prevent long-term deformation under pressure.
Environmental Control: Store components in a dry, temperature-controlled environment, maintaining humidity between 40%-80% RH and temperature between -10℃ and 40℃. Keep away from corrosive gases and prevent thermal expansion and contraction or oxidation due to moisture.
Selection of Commonly Used Maintenance Oils
Rust Inhibitors and Lubricants: Such as JINGU-03 rust inhibitor and lubricant, which can penetrate metal capillaries and has rust prevention, lubrication, dehumidification, and rust removal functions, suitable for precision components such as watches, transmission parts, and electronic instruments.
Bio-based Metal Preservative Oil: Environmentally friendly and biodegradable, with excellent lubrication and corrosion resistance, suitable for components such as chains, wire ropes, and molds, meeting low-toxicity and environmentally friendly requirements.
Special Rust Inhibitor Oil: Used for inter-process or long-term storage protection, forming a dense protective film on the metal surface to isolate moisture and air, preventing oxidation and corrosion.
