Thermally Conductive Plastic and Metal Insert Options

Our thermally conductive plastic base is PA66 or PPS filled with alumina or boron nitride. Conductivity is typically 2-5 W/m·K. We can go higher if needed. We can also pre-mold copper or aluminum inserts to improve local heat transfer paths. The mold temperature control system is optimized to ensure even filler distribution. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. We check flatness, thickness tolerance (±0.05mm), and thermal resistance of each heat sink. Fins can be as thin as 0.8mm with a height-to-width ratio of 1:5. Before packing, we do 100% visual inspection. We do not accept parts with bubbles or poor filling. Our electric motor heat sink service is a great option for lightweight designs.

Traditional aluminum heat sinks need an insulation pad. Assembly is troublesome. Our conductive plastic heat sinks are naturally insulating. You can mount them directly.
