Slow Wire EDM and Good Mold Steel Ensure Tooth Shape

We make gear molds with S136, 718H, or NAK80 steel. We heat treat to HRC48-52. Processing equipment includes slow wire EDM (cutting accuracy ±0.002mm) and CNC EDM. The tooth shape is cut directly or with a special gear electrode. This ensures a close match with the standard involute. The mold structure uses multi-point gates and balanced cooling channels. We also use the ejection optimization concept from our patent "a foot pad molding die that is easy to demould" (ZL202123396798.0). This ensures the gear does not deform or lose teeth during ejection. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. All mold parts are measured with a CMM. Our plastic gear molding service gives you molds that last 500,000 shots.

The gear molds we provide can last over 500,000 shots. MOQ is 1 mold. Custom mold development time is 1 day minimum for simple structures. After the mold is ready, we can do trial molding and small batch injection. Payment: 30% deposit for standard products, 50% deposit for custom products, balance before shipment. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP. During production, we send photo or video updates. If the mold has a quality problem, we talk immediately and improve after we find the cause.
