Modified PP Material and Large Machines Ensure Strength

Bumpers need impact resistance and weather resistance. We use automotive grade modified polypropylene (PP+EPDM-T20). This material has good impact strength and flow. Our factory has 650 ton and above injection molding machines with robotic arms for automatic removal. We use our utility model patent "a foot pad molding die that is easy to demould" (ZL202123396798.0) on the mold. This prevents white marks or deformation when ejecting large parts. We hold ISO9001:2015 certification. Each batch gets a color difference test, gloss test, and assembly gap check. Before packing, we do 100% full inspection. We also accept third-party inspection. Bumper mold development usually takes a long time. But we offer one-stop mold development plus injection molding. Custom sample time is 1 day minimum for simple try-out samples. For mass production, lead time is about 15 days. Repeat orders are faster. Payment: 30% deposit for standard products, 50% deposit for custom products, balance before shipment. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP. During production, we send photo or video updates. If any problem occurs, we talk immediately and improve after we find the cause.
