Electroforming Principle
Utilizing the principle of metal ion cathode electrodeposition, a metal layer is deposited on the surface of a conductive mold and then separated. This achieves micron-level precision, accurately replicating the fine contours of the original mold, suitable for manufacturing special parts at the micro- and nano-scale.
Precision Cutting Principle
Through the precise relative movement of the tool and the workpiece, excess material is removed by shearing deformation. Relying on the transmission system of a high-precision machine tool and the coordinated control of tool parameters, micron-level dimensional accuracy of the parts is achieved.
